·Be an owner, share farmer, or lessee of the farm where the infrastructure is used

·Install the infrastructure on your property to improve drought management or preparedness.

·Not receive funding for the same activity from any other state or federal government program.

·The Haymate product must:

·Be purchased, paid for, and installed on or after 26 November 2024

·Be used to improve feeding efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of drought
